What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bath Installation Apprentice position at American Vision Baths?
American Vision Baths is a growing company and is looking for helpers to assist in bath & shower installations. The ideal candidate must take direction well and work as a team to provide our customers with an exceptional remodel experience.
An ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
· A general construction background and knowledge of power tools
· Must be trainable and have a desire to learn
· Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
· Must gladly accomplish menial and labor-intensive tasks as needed and/or directed
· Have outstanding people skills
· Have patience
· Be reliable and professional
· Understand the importance of customer satisfaction
· Desire to be a team player
All installers must comply with AVW’s employee handbook, IIPP documents and practice safety at all times. Applicants should be able and willing to work up to and sometimes more than eight hours a day and possibly six days a week.
Benefits include paid time off accrual, medical, dental, vision,401k and ESOP. Salary: $20-$25 /hour dependent on skill level
