A week in the life of an Airdrop Platform SME:

• Serve as the SME in Airdrop platforms.
• Provide support to and coordinate with helpdesk personnel to resolve platform related issues.
• Document deficiency reports.
• Conduct initial deficiency investigations, perform analysis, and provide potential resolutions.
• Perform validation/verification of the mission planning products.
• Provide equipment-specific feedback during development and sustainment activities.

• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance
• Hold an IAT II qualifying certification
• Airdrop Platform experience with the C-17, C-130 and similar platforms
• 3-5 years of experience in PFPS, MAFPS, AGM, and/or JMPS; skills drafting deficiency reports, investigating issues, and developing solutions; prior mission planning experience to include testing and validation/verification activities.
• Skilled in the current versions of baseline Microsoft products (Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and professional communication via written, telephonic, interpersonal, and electronic means.
