Training Specialist II - TS/SCI Clearance

Looking For: A Training Specialist for future support of the TACNET program in Norfolk, VA and Honolulu, HI.

A week in the life of a Training Specialist II:

• Provide training support services including development of CANES system training requirements and documentation of those requirements in the CANES Navy Training System Plan (NTSP).
• Design training solutions, procures HW/SW and engineering services for installation of those training solutions at Fleet Concentration Area (FCA) sites.
• Develops Navy Standard courses implementing the training solutions and conducts CANES technical training

• Bachelors Degree
• Active TS/SCI Clearance

At least Seven (7) years of experiece in:

• Establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
• Technical Training in TACNET or other Navy C4I systems Administration and Maintenance.
• Navy Shipboard Networks to include CANES or other TACNET systems. 
• Experience should include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Documentation, and Training.  Recognized expert who has demonstrated expertise in C4I Networks and System Administration.
