Contact Center Agent/Teller
Growing $200 Million credit union is looking for exceptional individuals who are organized, accurate, self-motivated, and service oriented to work in our Camp Hill, PA office.
The Contact Center Agent provides efficient service to members mainly by telephone and online to answer questions and expand relationships. The position also provides coverage as a Member Service Representative/Teller when necessary by handling a variety of teller transactions. Candidates must have a pleasant personality and refer products and services to members when appropriate. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
