What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2024-25 DHC Data Integrity and Process Improvement VISTA position at AmeriCorps?
DuPage Health Coalition believes access to affordable health care is an essential human need, allowing everyone in our community to be healthy enough to work, care for their families and live life with a little less worry. The Data Integrity and Process Improvement Coordinator VISTA will improve data collection and interpretation, to ultimately improve programs and outcomes at DHC. The VISTA will create and implement tools that ultimately improve health equity for low income uninsured and underinsured residents of DuPage County.

Member Duties : The Data Integrity and Process Improvement Coordinator VISTA will work closely with the VP of Programs of the DuPage Health Coalition to gather, analyze, and input data. The goal of the project is to create a data dashboard from existing data sources. The Data Integrity and Process Improvement Coordinator will also coordinate and support DHC's efforts to launch a new strategic approach to decision-making grounded in Results Based Accountability (RBA), a suite of processes and tools developed to drive impactful community health improvement with clear aims and measurable results. Targets of RBA efforts will be improved health equity for low income uninsured and underinsured residents of DuPage County.
