The primary objective of the Client Services Coordinator is to support department duties, projects, and objectives through successful adherence to department procedures and teamwork. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for portfolio servicing transfers and audits, client set up in the servicing system, client customer service, staff and client training, and account audits.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Account Representative, responsible for client customer service and satisfaction.
- Working the Key Client Management Program.
- Create and maintain Program Guidelines.
- Provide website training to clients.
- Coordinating loan servicing portfolio transfers and service releases.
- Direct new services implementation.
- Serve as liaison between client and internal departments.
- Update and maintain department procedures.
- Complete portfolio audit confirmations.
- Prepare payment history reconstructions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years loan servicing experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest rates, principal and interest applications, and late charges.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Data entry at 45 WPM.
- Previous reconciliation and accounting experience a plus.
- Project Management experience.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exercise effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and in a cooperative team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret loan documents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency are of high importance.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Reports to office regularly.
