What You'll Do
In this role you would develop Key Accounts to gain market share and grow the Zygo product business; Develop deep relationships with C-Level contacts downward and map our customers' organizations; Present technical proposals, negotiate orders, and coordinate meetings with the customer; Facilitate business development through customer visits and demos, building relationships with customers and key influencers; Develop the requirements and business cases for new products; Develop an understanding of market segmentation, application and customer needs, competition, market trends and dynamics to support strategies to target new opportunities and threats.
Who You'll Work With
The Key Account Manager will support the transition of new projects from Sales to Program Management to Operations. Key Accounts will also work with our Marketing team to help create messaging and content for marketing materials specific to this market and this product line, including white papers, data sheets, tradeshows, conference sponsorships, web site, PR, product memos, and newsletters. You would also assist global sales and service with technical support.
What You'll Have
Experience in sales/marketing key account role
International Sales Experience with large accounts
Experience in working with/ leading cross functional teams
Knowledge and experience of selling complex solutions
Background within a technical specialty preferred Engineering Qualification (bachelor’s degree)
Be comfortable with travelling - up to 30%
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong ability to communicate to sales, engineering, operations and management teams on all levels (internal and external)
What's Nice to Have
Metrology experience within Semicon is an advantage
Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to direct team to ensure they and the company succeed
Be able to recognize talent and develop individuals to achieve stretch goals
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
