In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Building rapport with customers and vendors.
- Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and retail locations
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
