I am partnered with Central City Concern, a well-respected non-profit whose mission is to end homelessness and effectively treat mental health in Downtown Portland, and they are killing it! We are in search of a Clinical Supervisor with your experience and background to lead an Assertive Community Treatment team and carry a small caseload.
This is an outpatient clinic that serves over 500 homeless clients suffering from mental illness, some of whom will remain in your team's care for years... you can, and will, change lives here while being 1000% supported.

1. The supervisor carries a half-caseload (approximately 5 clients); 50% time admin work and 50% time clinical work is the intended goal
2. Supervise 9 individuals, including one RN, one peer support specialist, QMHAs and QMHPs. Additionally auxiliary supervision to 10th person who is an employment specialist (not hiring manager, but provide clinical supervision)
3. Schedule: Saturdays and holidays are needed on a rotating basis (about 6 Saturdays/year and 1-2 holidays/year). On-call every 10 weeks for 7 days at a time and back-up manager on-call every 4 weeks for 7 days at a time with financial compensation for both
