Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Photolithography Operator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining photolithography equipment to produce high-quality PCBs according to specifications. This is a crucial role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain photolithography equipment, including exposure units, developing systems, and etching machines, to produce PCBs according to design specifications.
2. Prepare and handle photoresist materials, including application, coating, and developing processes, ensuring proper adhesion and quality of the resist coating.
3. Perform alignment and registration of photomasks with precision, ensuring accurate transfer of circuit patterns onto the PCB substrates.
4. Monitor and control process parameters, such as exposure time, developing time, and temperature, to achieve desired resolution, line widths, and circuit integrity.
5. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on PCBs before and after each photolithography process, identifying and resolving any defects or issues.
6. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, calibration, and replacing worn-out or damaged parts.
7. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize process parameters, improve yield, and implement process enhancements for better productivity and quality.
8. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.
9. Keep detailed records of production data, including process parameters, yields, and any deviations or anomalies encountered during the manufacturing process.
10. Stay updated with the latest advancements and industry trends in photolithography techniques, equipment, and materials, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Photolithography Operator in the PCB manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with photolithography equipment, including exposure units, developing systems, and etching machines.
3. Strong understanding of photoresist materials, their properties, and application techniques.
4. Solid understanding of printed circuit board fabrication processes, including circuit design, artwork generation, and photomask preparation.
5. Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect and resolve defects or issues in PCBs.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on photolithography equipment.
8. Familiarity with quality control procedures and process optimization techniques.
9. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
