Job Description
Strong experience with Apple hardware and software, Including the latest versions of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. Must have a solid understanding of the Apple Brand
Strong troubleshooting ability; can take steps to isolate issues and determine root cause through investigative analysis in an environment where little knowledge/experience/documentation exists
Strong communication skills; effectively communicate the issue, root cause, and resolution in technical terms
Experience with Unix, Linux
Experience working with ticket management systems
Review all hardware tickets that have been escalated to our group and determine if these ticket have enough/correct information to proceed with troubleshooting and resolution or escalation. Work with Apple hardware and software, Including the latest versions of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. Will be taking steps to isolate issues and determine root cause through investigative analysis in an environment
