We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.
We are looking for full time Call Center Representatives (35 hours and 40 hours/week) and you may be a good fit!
Job Summary
The Call Center Representative is responsible for the answering of the phone, initiating phone notes, and routing to the appropriate desktop, scheduling appointments as they arise and assisting patients and other inquiring Amoskeag Health parties.
