What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment outbound position at AMP Payment Systems?
You must reside in the state of Arizona to be eligible for this role* This is a remote position. You are required to have your own computer set up (a laptop, chrome book, or desktop / monitor with a USB or Bluetooth headset, and reliable, fast internet connection) and a quiet workspace .
We will not be providing a computer set up for you. This position requires prior experience in an outbound call center environment where meeting regular expectations was imperative for the role *see skills and qualifications below* We are a payment processing company focusing on helping small to medium-sized businesses.

You will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, promoting our services and scheduling appointments.
Your role would entail contacting business owners by phone, utilizing our script and rebuttals to relay important information, and then setting up a date and time for the business owners to speak to our sales representatives, over the phone.
You would maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with potential customers over the phone and updating our CRM software with brief notes after each call.
Hours : This role requires you to work a schedule of 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM Monday to Friday. Compensation : Starting pay is $17.
