Project Overview:
• Configure CHARM / Central Monitoring in Solution Manager 7.2.
• Implement and Roll out SAP CHARM.
• Train SAP Functionality & SAP Portfolio Team in the execution of Change Management
• Knowledge Transfer to the Current SAP basis team.
• Complete all the necessary documentation for future support.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
• Configure Solution Manager component ChaRm according to best practice and requirements.
• Connect ChaRM to our ERP and BW system landscape
• Coordinate and train users on to use ChaRM
• Create documentation on the configuration and user guide
• Evaluate usage for adoption in SAP Portal, SAP Business Objects and Fiori systems
Skills:
• Experienced with Solution Manager 7.2 functionality
• Custom implementation experience with ChaRM
• Change Control Management Document Management
• ITSM Service Models.
Education & Certifications:
• Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in a SAP Environment (planning, design, implementation & development)
• SAP Solution Manager implementation
• SAP Certification is a plus.
