Summary:
As a Content Engineer you’ll help to define the content strategy, data flows, and delivery framework for digital solutions in our BigFuture portfolio. You are a key member of a digital product team, working alongside software engineers, UX and UI designers, researchers, creative strategists, and fellow content engineers, among others.
Required:
- 3–5 years’ experience designing content or data models and workflows for digital products
- Experience using an enterprise content management system like Drupal is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including using data to inform recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and an ability break down complex concepts for a non-technical audience using data, words, and visualizations
- Strong negotiation skills and a willingness to collaborate and find middle ground
- A self-starter mentality—you enjoy getting into the weeds and untangling complex ecosystems
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence others to action
