What are the responsibilities and job description for the UI/UX Designer position at Ampcus, Inc?
Responsibility:
Define and oversee the vision for how the burden calculator tool operates from the user s perspective. Responsible for collecting, researching, evaluating, and documenting user requirements for an interactive experience and will provide for an exceptional and intuitive application design. Effectively communicate and advocate use of industry best practices.
Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in designing and implementing vibrant and intuitive user interfaces leveraging techniques such as human centered design and/or rapid prototyping; a thorough understanding of UI/UX as a distinct skillset; an understanding of principles of user interfaces,
graphic design, and information design; familiarity with the design, features, and craftsmanship of modern consumer websites; skills in plain language content development; strong conceptualization and visual communication skills; strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills; strong interpersonal skills; excellent presentation, visualization and report writing skills; and understanding of the importance of managing risk and quality on projects.
Education: Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
