Ampfactor is a B2B marketing agency focused on delivering ABM at scale for enterprise growth companies. We are looking for a well-qualified Project Manager with proven marketing experience to work fully remote and join our international team of go-getters. As a Project Manager on our world-class team, you will be a key member of our Operations team.

You’ll be accountable for:
We’re an Asana shop. So that means your ability to do your job well starts with your expertise in Asana. You’ll be running weekly sprints, creating projects from templates and then customizing them, working with teams to ensure they have what they need for inputs to be able to execute. You should not take this role if you don’t have intermediate to advanced understanding of Asana. All the projects for clients assigned to you will be managed and reported out on in Asana and those reports are expected to be uptodate within 24 hours, and external client views ready on a daily basis.- You need to be able to listen to conversations, both internally and externally, identify the projects/tasks that will roll out of those conversations and then create the projects and tasks, assign them appropriately and work with the ABM Strategy team to include any input documentation requirements by those projects or tasks. And then follow- up.
- This role requires extreme attention to detail while leading demand generation projects with tight timelines. It will be your responsibility to ensure we are rapidly delivering QA’ed deliverables.
- You must have marketing experience, understanding processes and procedures out of the gate will give you the advantage when learning Ampfactor’s way of executing Account Based Marketing.
- You will be considered a strategic business partner. You will work side by side with the ABM Director ensuring all deliverables are ‘in hand’ before client facing to promote project and customer success.
- You will be a primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, with the ability to communicate with and influence a variety of stakeholders is paramount to project success, it is a priority that you are stakeholder focused.
- “Ampfactor never sleeps.” Our team consists of international cross-functional teams, you will work with team leaders to define strategy, requirements, and timelines for projects through design, delivery, management and support. You must have the ability to coordinate projects across multiple time zones seamlessly, some with a 12 hour time difference. Occasionally schedules may have to be adjusted to ensure communication stays fluid.
- You will be responsible for creating project budgets and timelines, as well as ensuring all of the ‘moving parts’ of multiple simultaneous projects stay on budget, and adhere to strict project timelines.
- You will provide project leadership, mitigate project risks, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
- Within 45 days we expect to see you leading projects with cross-functional / international teams composed of web developers, copywriters, strategists, analysts, sales strategists, content marketers, designers and senior leadership.
- Manage work pipeline within and across multiple concurrent clients to optimize usage of internal resources and work around bandwidth constraints
- Analyze and document current and future-state workflow processes and system configuration, and recommend strategies for optimal integration of systems
About you:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience (graphic design does not count as marketing experience)
- 5-6 years in project management with multiple simultaneous projects
- Extreme attention to detail

- A great understanding of Account Based Marketing principles is strongly preferred and if you don’t have one coming in, you’ll be expected to ramp that up in short order with conversations with our executives, our own blog and resources etc.
