The ideal candidate for this role…
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- High school or higher degree required
- Enjoys both being part of a team as well as working independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Takes on new challenges and isn’t scared to get out of their comfort zone
- Has confidence is their abilities and a positive attitude
- Prospers with constructive criticism and training with new tasks
Daily responsibilities:
- Build positive customer relationships with consistent feedback
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Assist in customer and client retention
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Know services inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Enjoys being in an environment with like minded coworkers
- Willing to go the extra mile and grow with the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
