PURPOSE: The purpose of this job expectations summary is to provide direction, set expectations and assist in the successful achievement of the objectives for and by each employee within the Lee County Services, Inc. organization. This shall not be deemed an employment contract, and all employees shall remain “at-will” employees.
We currently have an opening for a Manager of Plumbing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills who holds a Florida plumbing license and has a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in the residential and light commercial plumbing field. Individual should be well versed in many types of plumbing and equipment, including but not limited to plumbing and piping fundamentals in residential and commercial applications, electric, natural draft, power vent, tankless water heaters, toilets, garbage disposals, water softeners, whole house R.O. systems, and all types / manners of piping & drains.
Responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day office operations as pertains to the service division, estimate larger repairs residential and light commercial that are not in the flat rate book, job costing analysis to ensure proper profit margins are being upheld, inter office communication, billing and customer service functions. Work with plumbing manager on an as needed basis.
