Overview:
The Marketing Content Developer is responsible for telling the story of who we are at Amplio Systems and representing our company mission clearly through digital marketing strategy. This role is responsible for creating, producing, distributing, and managing video and photography content for Amplio ranging from in-house marketing materials to social media content.
Essential Skills:
- Photography & Video Production wizard— confident in their creative photography and videographer abilities
- Skilled in editing raw video and photography footage to communicate a cohesive story and message
- Takes initiative to see a vision through to completion independently
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management qualities
- Able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Able to receive and apply constructive feedback
Work Performed:
- Capturing the heart of Amplio and using digital content to share the culture of who we are as a company
- Cohesively communicates the Amplio mission in the visual content that is produced and captured
- Support, develop and manage Amplio presence on all social media platforms
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop creative ideas, produce and capture the transforming project stories at Amplio
- Create content for digital and email marketing campaigns to utilize for social, web, and print marketing
- Work with creative teams and freelancers to capture conferences and events where Amplio is present
Education & Experience:
- 5 years of related professional experience
- Must be experienced in professional digital content creation
- A deep understanding of church production and AVL integration
- Exceptional video and photography skills and an experienced storyteller
- Clear communication skills and ability to navigate the creative process
- Must be team-oriented, diplomatic, and self-starter
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of High school diploma/GED
- Entry level to Mid-level experience
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work:
- Full-time 40 hours

- Willing to travel often to visit job sites, projects, events, and conferences
