AMPLY Power is focused on transforming the commercial transportation sector by removing the challenges, surprises, and learning curve that fleet operators often face when switching to electricity as a fuel. We want to find a hungry, motivated recruiting coordinator that is excited about the hunt for great talent. This opportunity will provide close interaction with senior leaders and founders.
This is a full-time position located in Mountain View, CA (hybrid office culture).
Responsibilities
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics for various technical and nontechnical roles
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Find and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques using computer database, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, and employee referrals to help them envision life at AMPLY Power.
• Screen candidate resumes for alignment with position requirements, coordinate, and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Create and implement outbound recruiting plans to proactively approach prospective candidates and talent pools.
• Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• AA/BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 years of sourcing experience at a high growth, fast paced, dynamic, and scaling startup or technology company.
• Experience recruiting for IT/Technical roles a MUST.
• A desire to “hunt” for hard-to-find talent is essential.
• Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people with opportunities.
• Able to confidently represent AMPLY Power with professionalism both internally and externally.
• Previous startup experience preferred, and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
