We are looking for an Operations Manager to be based at our Cranbury, New Jersey location reporting to the General Manager.
Operations Manager
Job Summary
Manage all activities related to operation of the facility by performing the following duties personally or through supervisors. Coordinates warehouse activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
Job Duties:
- Develop production, inventory control, staffing, safety, and quality goals with supervisors and holds them accountable
- Ensure standards of productivity, inventory control, safety and accuracy are met
- Provide guidance to the development of personnel requirements, material needs, tooling and equipment needs
- Ensure all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met
- Review’s production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational and maintenance problems.
- Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives
- Maintains vendor relationships.

Compile, store and retrieve production data for reports
- Ensures that tools and equipment are kept in the designated areas and secured
- Other duties as assigned.

- Train assigned employees on company government and customer policies, procedures and regulations
- Ensure all assigned employees comply with company government and customer policies, procedures, and regulations

- Facilitate and lead client communication as required

- Develop professional and accurate written communication
- Analyze information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems
Selective Preference:
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Science from a four-year accredited college or university or
- One to two years related experience and/or training or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
