The Training Analyst position is key to the implementation of our overall training strategy at Amwins. The Training Analyst aids operational training coordination for the CST division and technology & business process communications to CST specialists.

The Training Analyst position is key to the implementation of our overall training strategy at Amwins. The Training Analyst aids operational training coordination for the CST division and technology & business process communications to CST specialists.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Oversee with coordination & delivery of new employee training
- Day 1-2 general onboarding – coordinate with technology, HR, learning & development, site specific training (blend of self-paced and instructor led)
- Prep & coordination with CST Connect team for overlap & breakouts as needed
- Day 3 – beyond team specific onboarding – coordinate with team manager and CST facilitation team to deliver team specific training
- Coordination with CST Connect team for breakout for team specific training
- Work with HR team to ensure new hires are loaded in Amwins University Learning Center
- Prepare & coordinate CST facilitation team depending on number of new hires & teams they are joining; train the trainers
- Coordinate & maintain new hire orientation program – including timeline, facilitator guide and partnering with content management team on process documentation/video content
- Coordinate delivery of existing employee technology & process training
- Update and track training projects through Azure Dev Ops for both new implementations and process updates
- Ensure ADO is kept up to date with status of training phase of the project
- Coordinate scheduling for facilitation sessions with Senior Managers, Managers and Workforce Management
- Prep training materials including training agendas, facilitator guides and PowerPoints; referencing training documentation & other resources.
- Prep change management communications for new process or updated process
- C oordinate training with offshore vendor partners
- Lead & delegate facilitation for partner training
- Conduct skills certification of partners and identify gaps in understanding
- Identify training needs from senior manages and create content to address
- Maintain systems & process training in Amwins University Learning Center specific to CST including:
- Conduct regular content audits for curricula for each specialty service
- Analyze content usage metrics
- Assess user feedback & evaluations
- Review user test results
- Administer annual knowledge assessments
- Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Communicates Effectively: Developing and delivering multi-modal communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

- Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
