What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at AMYS?

AMYS is expanding and we are now accepting resumes for our admin position for AM & PM shifts from either 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm Monday-Friday! This job will be filled very quickly, so read below to see if you are going to be a great fit! :)

This position includes:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Making outbound phone calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Responding to social media messages
  • Creating and updating customer accounts
  • Modifying documents on Word and Excel or Google Drive
  • Attending weekly staff training

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must willing to take a background check
  • Must be drug and tobacco-free
  • Must have personal transportation
  • Must have a laptop computer
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills
  • Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
