Responsibilities Include:
Client Outreach/Trades |
- Creating, prospecting, and executing all media trades for the Architect’s Newspaper
- Promote Facades and Tech Conferences to outside media / event companies
- Securing AN as a Media Partner at relevant trade shows & coordinate shipment of relevant, corresponding AN publications
- Managing all client outreach and conference sponsor logistics
Reporting |
- Create conference attendee demographics reports post Facades , Tech CE|strong, live and virtual events.
Social Media |
- Coordinating social media posts and ads, as well as creating custom HTML blasts for conference sponsors
- Researching opportunities to increase the AN event database and social media outreach
Events |
- Co-managing the company’s Cvent account (event management software) alongside the Event Marketing Manager
- Assisting in virtual event preparation and execution, including asset gathering, online event setup, registration, training, and analytics
- Assisting with event preparations, registration, and obtaining sponsor assets, as well as providing on-site event support, which will include frequent traveling.
Administration |
- Overseeing the packing, shipment, and proper storage of supplies and equipment to and from events alongside the Events Marketing Manager
- Supporting in-office operations (filing, mailings, maintaining print library)
Required Skills |
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Prior Cvent experience a required
- Ability to travel across North America – must have a valid passport
