Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • User account management
  • Manages systems imaging
  • Manages device provisioning
  • Manages software installations and updates
  • Technical onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance with hardware, software, and all other end user issues
  • Keep ticket data up to date in tracking system
  • Oversee computer equipment inventory and maintenance
  • Train users in appropriate use of hardware and software equipment
  • Provide assistance and troubleshoot A/V and video conferencing equipment
  • Collaborate with the IT Team on special projects as necessary
  • Troubleshooting and research of end user equipment and LAN, and specific server based tech issues as assigned 

What You Need:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Good experience with end user support, employee technical onboarding/offboarding, inventory management, server maintenance
  • Experiencing interfacing with internal customers daily
  • Experience maintaining excellent internal customer relationships
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, and mac OS  or any combination thereof
  • Experience with mobile device troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with mdm and inventory management

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Previous experience with managing server operating systems and virtualization
  • Working knowledge of containers (docker or kubernetes)
