What are the responsibilities and job description for the MPT&E Program Analyst position at ANALYGENCE?
ANALYGENCE is seeking an MPT&E Program Analyst to join our team supporting Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) with a broad range of technical services to address manpower, personnel, training, and education issues across the range of Maritime Operations Center (MOC) activities. Our team will develop solutions in the areas of operational planning, operational assessment, maritime targeting, and the integration of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities.
- Provide support for Quality Assurance and performance of MOC Advocacy on all Manning and Manpower requirements.
- Assist with additional activities such as; Manpower Change Requests (TFMMS Packets), POM Issue generation, NMETLS, MNA Requests, ADCO, DRRS-S Support, NFAAS Support during natural or man-made disaster and PMARS.
- Review MOC Manning to ensure MOCs are in the position to provide Fleet Commanders the ability to maneuver resilient global Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and operationalize the Information Warfare capability.
- At least one (1) of the following required:
- Three (3) or more years as a Program Analyst on an NFC, NCC, CCMD, or joint staff in an OLW/MOC MPT&E requirement related position
- Three (3) or more years as of experience serving on a CTF staff, service equivalent, or JTF staff in an Administrative position responsible for assignment of personnel to operational staff billets.
- Three (3) years' experience within the last ten (10) years in a MPT&E related staff position on a JTF, CTF, or service equivalent, or other Navy command required.
- Three (3) years of experience working as a Program Analyst related to the following programs: Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS), Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), and the Training Requirements Module (TRM) of the Corporate Enterprise Training Activity and Resource Systems (CeTARS) is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the OPNAV PPBE process.
- Possess analytical skills to support identification, substantiation and advocacy of OLW/MOC MPT&E requirements.
Desired
- Five (5) years' experience within the last ten (10) years as an action officer on a CCDR, NFC, NCC, Joint, service, or Echelon III or above flag staff is desired.
