What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Account Executive (Dawson) position at Anaplan?
We are looking for an ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ideally in the Pacific Northwest. You will take your proven track record of new business sales and Account Management of Global 2000 enterprises and sell an incredibly versatile solution. Our sales team is sharing our bold vision and helping others understand the impact of Anaplan products.
In this role, you will be a catalyst to Anaplan’s growth while inspiring change as a market leader. Reporting directly to the RVP (Regional Vice President), you will work to build customer value and drive new business onto the Anaplan platform. You may have up to 20-25 accounts in a defined geographic territory, with existing Anaplan customers.
Your Impact
- Engaging with targeted enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and position Anaplan’s outstanding solution
- Building and defending Anaplan’s business value throughout the selling engagement. Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to align the prospect around the Anaplan solution
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
- Utilizing Anaplan’s value-based selling methodology and Salesforce.com to lead sales processes and accurately forecast business
- Recruiting and using partners and existing customers to build your Anaplan “franchise”
Your Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or proven experience and 5 years’ successful selling into the EPM, BI, or ERP space
- Experience selling SaaS platform solutions, either directly or through the partner ecosystem
- Success selling into Finance, Supply Chain, HR & Sales/Sales Operations
- Ability to understand and navigate through sophisticated, large company environments
