Lead Generation Manager (Canvassing Manager)

AND Services Solar Division is seeking a high-energy proven Canvassing Manager with a verifiable record of success to manage and build a lead generating department.

Prior experience in canvassing helpful but not necessary. Sign-on Bonus for the candidates with extensive expereince in canvassing field.

The ideal candidate must have experience in lead generation, building and managing a lead generation teams.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Recruiting, hiring, and training of canvassing (lead generating) teams.
• Developing productive teams and building an outstanding culture as these teams will be the first face of our company.
• Motivating and coaching teams to reach daily and monthly goals.
• Oversee training program as well as field activity, daily role-playing, meetings, and supervising in the field.
• Maximize canvasser development.
• Develop a combination of strategic staffing, scheduling, planning, and training.

Must possess the following:

• Strong recruitment and training experience.
• Ability to organize training materials, lead sheets, and call-behind-lead program
• Skills to develop advanced a lead generation techniques and monitor leads.
• Availability to work Mon-Sat
• High school diploma. College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Requires 1 year of experienced a lead generation management or similar non-traditional marketing experience.
• Ability to think quickly, strong verbal skills and time management skills.
• Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
