Job Summary
AndCo’s Sales/Solutions & Growth Associate is responsible for supporting the firm's sales function, supporting Solutions & Growth team members through a variety of administrative responsibilities, and for learning about the RFP/Proposal process with the potential of becoming a Solutions & Growth Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Handles multi-faceted administrative functions.
- Executes conference administration to include coordinating with attending team members, set up of strategy meetings, conference registration, and payments.
- Facilitates initial stages of the new client onboarding process.
- Performs initial evaluation and setup of new prospects and opportunities within CRM and provides ongoing updates within the system throughout the prospecting/RFP process.
- Schedules prep calls for final client/prospect presentations and assists with the preparation process.
- Assists with the RFP library organization, updates, maintenance and administration.
- Acts as a backup for other Solutions & Growth team members, including involvement in completion of RFPs and proposals.
- Executes special projects as directed by their supervisor.

- High level of aptitude for software systems and database management. Specifically, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe/Foxit. Experience with RFP database systems is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably a business or finance degree
- 3 years of relevant professional experience preferred; RFP experience a plus

Working Conditions:
This job is located in Winter Park, Florida. Standard office hours are 8:00AM-5:00PM. This is a non-exempt position.
