Position: Customer Service Representative I
The Customer Service Representative key responsibilities are:
- Answering incoming calls
- Using active listening skills to identify clients’ needs and following company scripts for booking calls and cross booking services if applicable
- Sending the right technician to the right call
- Keeping in touch with technicians regarding anticipated timing of calls
- Giving appointment reminder calls
- Working closely with the service manager to address any issues
- General filing and office duties
- Following all team rules, code of conduct and employee handbook
Ideally, we’d like to see:
- 1 year Service Titan Experience (preferred)
- 2 years in Customer Service
- A strong understanding of the local NWA area
