What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at ANDON SPECIALTIES, INC.?
ANDON Specialties, Inc. is searching for an Account Leader to expand and support our Midwest territory from Tennessee.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responsibilities:
- Deliver bookings/gross profit and other assigned quotas
- Create/identify, manage, and close opportunities for products and services within assigned accounts
- Provide leadership/direction to inside sales team
- Develop, maintain, and monitor an evolving sales plan in alignment with business objectives that include strategies, action plans, measurements, and dates
- Foster and build relationships within assigned accounts
- Actively support the business development manager’s strategies
- Update and actively use organization’s CRM to manage business opportunities and communicate progress/activity
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Preferred experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industrial sales experience
- Process automation/instrumentation and/or analytical sales experience
- Industry experience in one, or more, of the following: petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, and/or semiconductor

LOCATION: Our corporate office is located in Houston. This position, however, will cover Tennessee, Arkansas and the southern half of Kentucky. Travel will be in the assigned territory.
