Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, ensuring that each event is a memorable and seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, preferences, and budget - Assist clients in selecting venues, vendors, and other wedding-related services - Create detailed wedding timelines and itineraries - Coordinate all logistical aspects of the wedding day, including setup, vendor coordination, and breakdown - Manage budgets and ensure that all expenses stay within the allocated budget - Negotiate contracts with vendors and review vendor proposals - Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the planning process - Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may arise during the wedding day - Collaborate with the banquet or restaurant staff to ensure smooth execution of the reception - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction - Upsell additional services or products to clients when appropriate - Assist with fundraising events or other special events as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent budgeting skills and ability to work within financial constraints - Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management - Familiarity with banquet or restaurant operations is a plus - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle client requests and concerns professionally - Creative problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in event planning software or tools is preferred If you are passionate about creating unforgettable weddings, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
