Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to work in the shop and to run crews on job sites. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction and fabrication management and supervising.

Skills and other Requirements:

Ability to read plans and fabricate custom elements

Experience with finish carpentry

Ability to run crew on site installations

Ability to help others work efficiently

Experience pulling/backing large trailers

Clean driving record

Multi-day travel required 0-4 times per month approximately

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Knowledge of contract management processes

Responsibilities:

- Supervise shop operations and ensure projects are completed on time
- Manage and coordinate construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide the team effectively
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project requirements
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
