Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Inpatient Services Director, provides leadership and clinical support to the Medical/Surgical Unit and Intensive Care Unit staff. Manages the day-to-day clinical operations and workflow, ensuring a positive patient and staff experience.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Must be BLS certified. This position involves direct or potential exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. Training or experience and ongoing education specific to nursing activities is required. Strong critical thinking skills essential. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with compute applications required. Must have technical aptitude and a willingness to learn software applications.
