What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telesales Agent- Remote position at ANDX?

About the role:

We are a fast-growing company currently looking for Telesales agents to manage incoming sales calls and make outbound sales calls utilizing a proprietary lead management system.  The primary responsibility of the inside sales representative is to generate sales while building and nurturing relationships with potential customers.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and have a proven track record of success in telesales. 

 

This is a work from home position.  However, all training and nesting will be conducted in person on site at our San Antonio office location.  Upon completion of the training and nesting period and demonstrated achievement of key performance goals you would be approved to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, capture lead information and convert qualified prospects into new customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage leads including tracking and follow-up with the customer.
  • Outbound calling to existing customer base to renew and extend their contracts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and continue to strive toward improving closing percentage.
  • Participate in sales training programs.
  • Efficiently convert leads to sales using the lead management tools provided.
  • Optimize call time to drive daily productivity.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of one year inside sales/telesales experience
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Superior closing skills over the telephone
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is an asset
  • Must have full availability Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 8am to 4pm
  • Lead by example through positive communication, professional overall demeanor, and time and attendance
  • Able to accept feedback and implement those changes.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and have great time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious. 
  • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, internet, Word, and Excel.
  • To work remotely you must be able to connect your assigned computer equipment via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password) and have reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mdps upload speed.
