Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of various events. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about the event planning industry. You will work closely with the Event Manager and other team members to ensure the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing event materials, and maintaining event databases.
- Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to confirm bookings, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Marketing Support: Assist with event marketing efforts, including social media promotion, email campaigns, and creating promotional materials.
- On-Site Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and teardown.
- Post-Event Activities: Help with post-event evaluations, reporting, and feedback collection to improve future events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
