Exciting and committed home care agency, is seeking an Account Manager for our York, PA area.
We are providing home care services in multiple areas of Pennsylvania, for the residents in the community that require support with ADL's (assisted daily living), that may have a physical and/or developmental disability. Our caregivers' sole focus is excellent care with dignity and respect!

The Account Manager will be out in the community on a daily basis for driving marketing efforts and establishing a solid network of referrals, while delivering further awareness of our mission, and services.

Qualifications:
- Must have Sales experience in Home health and/or Home care
- Implement a marketing plan that promotes a wide expansion of the agency’s business in existing and expanding territory
- Must have existing PA book of contacts
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable
- Self-starter, leadership qualities
- Must be willing to do community outreach while on the road and have reliable transportation.
- Must have current and valid Driver's license in State of PA
- Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
This is a Field Position:
- Must be willing to travel on a daily basis
Responsibilities:
- Seek, cultivate, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community and establish working rapport with health care professionals.
- Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and hospitals in order to build a network of referral businesses.
- Develop strategies designed to expand the agency’s outreach program within our target market, bring growth and meet deadlines.
- Visit with potential clients, discharge planners and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and communication with our program, provide follow-ups.
- Build book of business.
- Receive all incoming calls for referrals while getting back to clients in a timely manner.
- Enter and distribute service order information as well as documenting holds/terminations/renewals etc.
