Job Summary:
Angels Who Care Home Health Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating caregivers (CNAs) and managing the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, social media, and MS excel.
Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks for potential candidates
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Paycor or LTSS/ISAS
