Back of House: Line/Prep Cook and Dishwasher
Job Summary:
We are a rapidly growing restaurant looking for Line/Prep Cooks and Dishwashers to help enhance our company. We are looking for creative, motivated professionals who can work well alone as well as on a team with others. You will report to the KM or AKM as well as your team leads. The position requires 35-40 hours a week including nights, weekends, and certain holidays each month. The position requires both the ability to follow instructions as well as recipes. Good people skills and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
● Be able to be on your feet for 4-10 hours.
● Be able to kneel, stoop, bend, push, shove, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
● Must be mentally alert, detailed oriented with good reasoning skills
● Knowledge of service standards
● Obtain WA state food Handlers Card.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for food production and plating for all restaurant functions
● Weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes.
● Handling supplies and helping with preps and pars
● Check food and ingredients for freshness.
● Maintaining temperatures and equipment throughout (hot and cold) the shift
● Training and working each station till signed off by KM or AKM
● Cooking during busy times for lunch and dinner
● May need to help with opening and closing duties
● Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned.
● The ability to play on a team and take orders from managers and leaders efficiently
Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
● Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
● Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
● Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
● Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
● Empty trash containers regularly
● Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
● Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
● Clean food prep stations and equipment

WAGE: DOE, $15.74-$22
