SALARY: $84,000 - $94,500

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively lead a team and execute service, cost, productivity, health & safety/environment, and quality standards ensuring a productive work environment for all employees
- Monitor the coordination of transportation within the warehouse operations
- Execution of receiving and shipment processes according to defined standards and targets
- Responsible for leading a team of employees to optimize production efficiency
- Plan, direct, and control daily operations in a production facility
- In-plant inventory management and prepare production schedules
- Reconcile monthly physical inventory of finished goods, scraps and coils
- Participation in task forces for improvement in quality, safety, efficiency, etc.
- Order raw materials needed for production processes and complete weekly inventory of primary materials
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration) required
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical, influence and negotiation skills
- Driven to deliver results against challenging performance indicators
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to relocate now and in the future to one of our production facilities (Preferred)
