JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions
Manage weekly schedules and payroll processing
Oversee daily routing and coordinate department manpower
Coordinate special projects such as creative displays, cooler wraps, perm POS, etc.
Provide reports on productivity and other performance indicators to senior management
Communicating and ensuring understanding of functionals and departmental goals
Engaging and coordinating with other line managers across the organization
Provide training and support to new hires and current workforce
Provide coaching and performance feedback to all team members
Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines
Execute projects around merchandiser efficiency and develop KPI’s for routine review
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED
Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary
Previous warehousing, merchandising or distribution experience
Safe Driving Record
Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e hand truck, pallet jack, forklift ect.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Applications
Technical and problem solving skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Proven interpersonal skills and team orientation
Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
