LOCATION:
3 Otter Creek Circle Mabelvale, AR 72103 (Little Rock)
SHIFT SCHEDULE: First shift; days require flexibility.
SUMMARY:
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the face of our company, welcoming pet parents and other site visitors
- Answer and route phone calls and emails
- Create and present financial estimates and bills, as well as handle payments and refunds
- May assist in setting up visitations, presenting aftercare options (including urns and memorial items), and memorial item pick ups
- Ensure client facing areas are clean and tidy

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- An office setting, working at a desk using phones and computers
- Frequent bending and lifting, (50lb minimum weight)
- Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
- You may occasionally handle deceased pets
