Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Bake and decorate various types of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Prepare doughs, fillings, and batters following recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Package and present baked goods attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Requirements
- Previous experience in baking or cooking
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Proficiency with knives and kitchen tools
- Familiarity with restaurant or catering kitchen operations
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food preparation
