Annco is looking for an outgoing Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with our clients and ensure that their needs are met no matter the size of the contract. This role is a key position that works in tandem with the operations teams to ensure that landscape maintenance jobs are delivered in accordance with the company’s standard for high quality.

Principal Responsibilities: The CRM directly impacts the company’s ability to achieve our goals for renewal, retention, growth, and profitability by working with both operations & clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills as well as the opportunity to create growth through new sales opportunities and networking.
Duties include:
· Develop and own client relationships.
· Proactively communicate directly with clients to ensure expectations are met and that clients' needs are anticipated.
· Monitor and manage account profitability to drive retention and growth of contract business.
· Identify, estimate, and present opportunities for both new business and landscape improvements.
· Partner with business development staff to achieve branch sales goals through referrals and generate sales opportunities within client portfolios.
· Effectively manage and complete the client transition from the Sales Team to the Operations Team.
· Ensure familiarity with each job’s specifications so that each account has a solid communication plan in place and that it is administered successfully. Communicate with production staff daily on schedules for work on all jobs and assist in prioritizing work.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
· Must have 3-5 years of experience in landscaping or construction industry
· Must be able to attend after-hours events when necessary (board meetings, networking events)
· Must demonstrate excellent accountability as this position has authority to initiate actions and make decisions within established guidelines
· Must be familiar with operational concepts, practices, and procedures with the ability to identify and sell landscape improvements
· Must possess and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to negotiate
· Must possess and demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
· Must be able to maintain appropriate confidentiality
· Must always represent company in a positive and professional manner
· Highly organized with great follow-up abilities
· Excellent computer skills
· Valid driver’s license with adequate driving record
· Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
