Responsibilities:
The duties of a Front Desk Associate encompass tasks such as guest check-ins, reservation management, and offering details about rooms, rates, and amenities. We seek a self-motivated individual with a good understanding of the local area and the capability to provide recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the welcoming culture that our guests deeply appreciate.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform guest about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Find a resolution to guest dissatisfaction
- Keep contact with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
- Correspondence via email with guests regarding their stay Skills
- People pleasing attitude

Requirements:
- We believe in the right attitude and the rest can be trained!
- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST
- HIRING FULL TIME FOR A MIX OF 6 AM - 2 PM AND 2 PM - 10 PM SHIFTS.
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred but not necessary
- Willingness to learn software
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available to work weekends as needed
- Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
