We are Anova, and we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (like you!) to join our small but mighty Marketing team - a high-performing team that is energetic, cohesive, and seizing our opportunity to make a huge impact and accelerate growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the mission of this role is to help develop and execute Anova's Product Marketing Strategy and Programs. This role can be located in or close to any one of our U.S. offices (New Jersey, Nebraska, or Minnesota).
What you’ll do:
- Builds and applies a deep understanding of IIoT market intelligence, Anova value, target customers, product differentiation, and the buyers’ journey to articulate the Anova value proposition for customers
- Works collaboratively with multiple groups and crafts compelling messaging and positioning for our broad array of software and hardware products and solutions, translating product capabilities into real benefits for well-defined buyer personas
- Oversees the product marketing launch process and go-to-market strategies and executes best-in-class product marketing programs that raise awareness and drive revenue
- Creates thought leadership content that demonstrates and builds on Anova's position as a leader in the Industry, including written content and speaking engagements
- Engages with the Anova user community through social forums, user groups, and events, performs market research, conducts win/loss analysis, and shares and embeds insights in the Anova product marketing approach
- Enables the sales team with assets and training and delivers new insight to our product development teams
- Analyzes and reports on product marketing program performance, providing product marketing guidance and insight grounded in analytics
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 5 years of B2B, client-facing, software and hardware product marketing experience, preferably with a SaaS / Hardware-as-a-Service company
- Expertise with key digital marketing and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and adept at authoring client-ready content
- Experience synthesizing many inputs into coherent, prioritized stories and explanations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- A “can-do,” results-oriented attitude and mindset; An innovative thinker, who embraces opportunity and thrives when rolling up one’s own sleeves
- Self-starter with excellent organization and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field required
