Essential Functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers and producers with a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts
- Assisting agent with any areas necessary to proceed with renewal process
- Obtaining renewal information requested by the company underwriter
- Following up with phone calls and visits to specified commercial accounts
- Reporting claims and follow up as needed on larger claims
