Ansell is looking for an HR Onboarding Summer Intern to join our team! Our Summer Internship Program will run on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Iselin, NJ Corporate office from June through August.
The HR Onboarding Intern will be tasked with collecting information and assessing needs of multiple stakeholders involved in onboarding process of a sales employee. Once data finding exercise complete, the individual will be responsible to design a common repository for this information as well as propose a solution to assist us in effectively updating and most importantly automating sales onboarding, notifications, and processes.

What will your internship role will be?
- Interview stakeholders to collect data
- Analyze and organize data collected
- Present findings and recommended solution and gain support from Sales and HR
- Design comprehensive and easily updatable repository for onboarding tasks
- Implement agreed upon solution and process along with develop SOP to use it

- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstration of creative problem solving and ability to take initiative to investigate issues and make sound judgments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience creating or updating database or SharePoint/ Microsoft Forms
