Behavioral Health Liaison
Location: New Hampshire, candidates must be able to travel within state of New Hampshire
Work Schedule/Hours: Full-time, travel required to attend 10 or more meetings across state per month, typically day hours but may require some evening meetings.
The Behavioral Health Liaison is responsible for communicating with partner agencies and other local government entities; building and maintaining strategic relations, alliances, and coalitions; developing and implementing strategic initiatives, outreach, and education of services.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Plans, facilitates, and manages meetings; provides documentation to the State to maintain contractual compliance and to Health Plan leadership for use in service delivery improvement.
- Attends partner agency meetings at the request of a state agency/department.
- Establishes and maintains strategic relationships with state, business, and local government entities, and members.
- Collaborates with Medical Director and Service Coordination staff to address the needs of members with complex issues.
Qualifications
- Requires a BA/BS in Business Administration, Political Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Requires 5 years of experience in an administrative, social work or other role with local government entities related to health or community service; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- MBA or MPH preferred.
- Clinical Social Work experience strongly preferred
